Mamma Agata's Cooking School

Mamma Agata's Cooking Class starts at h 10.00 am and finish at h 16.30 pm.

The class includes lot of recipes and not only... we will SHARE many old secrets passed down generation to generation for the last 250 years.

Includes also important technics like: how to cook pasta, to infuse the garlic into the oil, fry healthy and much much more...

Chef Gennaro is also a Sommelier and Olive oil and cheese taster and the class will include lot of information on the Extra Virgin Olive wine, cheese.

Our class are demonstration class and not Hands on
