Chiara!
I attended your cooking school in October of 2007 (my husband Ed joined us for the wonderful meal). I wanted to know when your cookbook will be out. I have a hard time converting the measurements of the recipes that you gave us to US standards. Also, do you have the recipe for the pepper relish that we put on almost everything?? I brought some home, but it didn't last long!
The day spent at your home cooking was the highlight of my trip! I hope to return someday. Hope you are well.

Dear Chiara,
we were married in Ravello on the May 2008 and had an amazing celebration lunch at your restaurant.
It’s been 9 months since our wonderful wedding day and we have been thinking about our upcoming wedding anniversary. Ultimately we would love to be back in Ravello to celebrate our memories but unfortunately Australia is just too far away!!
I want to arrange a very Italian anniversary for my husband and I, and would really like to make the lemon cake that Mamma made for our wedding day. It was delicious – and because we were unable to take some back to Australia to keep until our anniversary, the only thing we can do it make it!
We were wondering if you could provide us with the same or similar recipe (if Mamma does not want to give away her secrets!) or if you had a recipe book we could purchase?
MAmma Agata's cookbook will be ready by JULY 2009
Our Italian wedding was so important and special to us – it would be lovely to relive it (however we can) again.
Finally, (I know I have written on your website guest book already) but I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for creating such wonderful memories for our wedding day. Your kind hospitality, flawless presentation skills and warm hearts made our experience something we will never forget. Our guests continually talk about how beautiful our wedding was (the best they have ever been too!), and the fantastic view for our wedding celebration. When seeing our photos taken by the amazing Susan Wright, people often comment on the immaculate table layout and the atmosphere with the musicians and lemons and view!
Our only regret is that we could not fit in all the amazing food Mamma had made for us. I hope she wasn’t offended! We must have eaten so much Italian food the days before hand and we were about ready to pop! Back in Australia, I have been telling everyone about our wedding experience in Italy and it never gets old. I would talk about it all day if i didn’t have to eat, sleep and work! We really feel you enhanced our big day and like we got to know you in the few hours we were there.
We plan to make it back to Ravello to renew our vows in 5 years (or less – if we can!), and to have another celebratory meal arranged by yourself (and ceremony arranged again through Paola at Marry Me Abroad in Sydney). We also plan to enrol in Mamma’s much talked about cooking class!! We can’t wait to come back and visit you all and to relive those memories for real. Italy has become such a huge part of our lives now – we hope to move there one day (my husband is studying Jewellery – he could get some excellent training in Italy!!).
Thank-you again for everything.

It has been almost 8 months since we said our vows in Mamma Agata's beautiful garden, but it feels like just yesterday for me and Dan.
We could not have picked a better place to have our wedding and reception.
The view was absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing and some of the best we have ever had and the company was lovely! Mamma Agata, Chiara and Gennaro were so gracious, hospitable, and made sure our day was perfect. And it was perfect!
They made our day what I had always wanted and for that I am thankful! I feel like we have gained new friends in Ravello. Thank you Mamma Agata, Chiara, and Gennaro!
Our day at Mamma Agata's Cooking Class was so much fun!
My husband is already a great cook, but he learned some great techniques that day. We also learned how to make a lot of the dishes that were served at the reception, so that was fabulous!
Everyone had a great time, even the guests who weren't in the kitchen. The food was just the best!
Thank you very much for making our days in Ravello so memorable!
I hope we can visit again in the near future!
